At each stage, Milestone mobilized its teams and local service providers to deploy a branding plan at the heart of the event's public village. These included a tent decorated in the brand's colors, events such as “Grind for Energy”, the distribution of goodies and merchandising items, and an innovative, immersive 3D photocall representing an Accor hotel room.
At the same time, we helped Accor organize exclusive cocktail parties with private guests, as well as unique events such as the broadcast of the opening match of the Rugby World Cup in the French team's tent in Saint-Tropez, a “Desert Clean Up” initiative in the desert of Dubai, and the broadcast of an advertising campaign on the screens of Times Square in New York.
The agency managed all operations and logistical aspects, sometimes complex in cities such as New York and Dubai. Thanks to our network of partners, we were able to identify the right service providers to meet the customer's needs within a defined budget, even on the other side of the world.
