- Planning and coordination of timelines, teams, suppliers, and guests.
- The creation and deployment of ACCOR & IBKM branding across all spaces (Premium Lounge, Adrenaline Lounge, boat, limousine, printed materials, etc.).
- The identification and supervision of suppliers (graphic design, decoration, sound, lighting, video, furniture, hostesses, translators, transfers, catering, international freight…).
- The implementation of exclusive experiences: sailing initiation, technical base tours, cooking classes, Times Square projection, VIP cocktail reception.
- The layout and scenography of hospitality and VIP spaces.
- Support for partners and media activations (press conference, guest events, projections, branding).
- Multi-site logistics management (Manhattan, New Jersey, Governors Island, Oyster Bay).
