- We handled institutional relations with the city and prefecture of Paris to ensure smooth organization and compliance with local standards.
- Our team oversaw all technical, logistical and operational aspects, from coordinating service providers (caterers, security, DJs, etc.) to installing sound, lighting and video equipment, and managing the contact office.
