As part of its partnership with the French Tennis Federation, Wilson wanted to hold a private promotional event with guests and personalities from the world of tennis.

  • 2 digital animations in the world of tennis (levitating tennis balls and virtual reality tennis game)
  • A fashion show to present the Wilson clothing collection
  • Roland Garros match broadcast on a giant screen with a relaxation zone

Our assignments

  • Custom-designed decorative elements (giant Wilson logo, clay-colored photo call, TV backdrop, etc.)
  • Technical set-up for sound, lighting and digital animations (virtual reality, levitating ball...)
  • The organization of a fashion show using models to promote Wilson clothing and accessories
  • Management of Galeries Lafayette's constraints and safety measures (wind load, delivery on the roof, night-time dismantling, etc.)
  • Management of all service providers in liaison with the Wilson, French Tennis Federation and Galeries Lafayette teams
